Note:
SMS distribution requires each user to complete and sign the Request to Use SMS Functionality agreement and to purchase an initial allotment of SMS messages (referred to as an "SMS bucket") directly from Qualtrics. SMS buckets cost $500 for 50,000 SMS messages, and each bucket must be allocated to a specific user.
Because SMS bucket purchases require a minimum of three to four weeks of processing, UITS recommends that you submit your requests as early as possible. .
