Using Box Course Folders, any course member, regardless of role, can invite the entire class or members of their own role-based groups to collaborate on a personal Box folder:

  1. In the course navigation menu, click Box Course Folders.
  2. In the Box Course Folders menu, click Share a personal folder with members of this course.
  3. A pop-up window with a navigable hierarchy of your folders will display. Select the folder you want to share and click Choose. You can only share folders for which you are an owner, co-owner, or editor.
  4. You'll see the "Invite Collaborators" screen, which lists the role-based groups for the course that you may share with, depending on your role: Everyone, Teachers, Students, TAs, Designers, and Observers.
  5. Select the desired Box role for each group with which you would like to share.
  6. After making your selection(s), click Invite Selected.
  7. When the groups are added to the folder, a confirmation message will display. Click Close.
