About lost or found CrimsonCards

Note:
If you have found someone else's lost CrimsonCard, contact your campus Support Center for help.

If your CrimsonCard has been lost or stolen

If you've lost your CrimsonCard or suspect that it may've been stolen, the first thing you need to do is deactivate it to prevent someone else from being able to use it:

  1. Log in to CrimsonCard Online Management.
  2. Choose MY ID CARD.
  3. Click Deactivate.

Once your card is deactivated, visit your campus CrimsonCard office to check whether your card was found and turned in, or to purchase a replacement (for price information, see Replacing your CrimsonCard):

  • IU Bloomington: All CrimsonCards found on the IUB campus are forwarded to the CrimsonCard office at the Learning Commons. The IMU CrimsonCard location (IMU 090) does not accept found ID cards.
  • IUPUI: All CrimsonCards found on the IUPUI campus are forwarded to the CrimsonCard office at Campus Center 217.
  • Other campuses: For locations and hours of CrimsonCard offices on each IU campus, see Locations of CrimsonCard offices on each IU campus.
