Change your CSEES password or preferences

To change the settings for your account with the Cisco Secure Email Encryption Service (CSEES):

  1. If you have not registered your IU email account with CSEES, do so; see Register your IU Exchange email account with CSEES.
  2. Log into https://res.cisco.com/.
  3. Click Edit Profile in the left menu.
  4. Enter your changes on the "Edit Profile" page.
  5. Type your existing (not new) CSEES password at the bottom of the page to confirm, and then click Save Profile.

The changes to your profile will take effect immediately.

To reset your CSEES password, go to https://res.cisco.com/, enter your email address, and click Login. Click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you have problems resetting your password, contact your campus Support Center.
