In CRES, how can I change my password or preferences?

To change the settings for your account with the Cisco Registered Envelope Service (CRES):

  1. If you have not registered your IU email account with CRES, do so; see How can I register my IU Exchange email account with CRES?
  2. Log into https://res.cisco.com/.
  3. Click Edit Profile in the left menu.
  4. Enter your changes on the "Edit Profile" page.
  5. Type your existing (not new) CRES password at the bottom of the page to confirm, and then click Save Profile.

The changes to your profile will take effect immediately.

To reset your CRES password, go to https://res.cisco.com/, enter your email address, and click Login. Click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you have problems resetting your password, contact your campus Support Center.
