Adobe Connect, IU's previous web collaboration and conferencing system, became read-only on August 31, 2017, and will be fully retired on December 28, 2017. After a comprehensive pilot evaluation, Zoom has been selected as its replacement. For more, see About the Adobe Connect retirement.

  • Processor: 1.4 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or faster (or equivalent)
  • Operating system: Windows 10, 8.x (32-bit or 64-bit), or Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • RAM: 512 MB (1 GB recommended)
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome
    Note:
    On January 12, 2016, Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer versions prior to version 11. UITS strongly recommends that you upgrade to a new operating system if your current system does not support Internet Explorer 11.
  • Adobe Flash Player: 13.0 or higher

OS X

  • Processor: 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo or faster
  • Operating system: OS X 10.8 or later
  • RAM: 512 MB (1 GB recommended)
  • Browser: Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome
  • Adobe Flash Player: 13.0 or higher

Linux

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 14.04, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, or OpenSuSE 13.1
  • Browser: Google Chrome
    Note:
    There is no Add-in support for Linux. Users on Linux can attend meetings in the browser.
  • Adobe Flash Player: 13.0 or higher

Mobile devices

Apple

  • Supported devices: iPhone 5S, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad with Retina display, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini, or iPod touch (fourth and fifth generations)
  • Operating system: iOS 6 or higher

Android

  • Supported devices: Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX, Motorola Atrix, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy S3, or Nexus 7 tablet
  • Operating system: 2.3.4 or higher
