Restrict Canvas quizzes by IP address

Overview
When giving Canvas quizzes in the IU Indianapolis Testing Center, you need to set IP restrictions to limit which computers the quiz can be taken from. This ensures that the quiz is only available to be taken inside the Testing Center. Failure to do so will allow students to access and complete the quiz from any computer anywhere.
