The best way to stay within your account storage space is to clear unneeded files from your accounts regularly. If you have exceeded your storage size, this will also let you resolve that problem immediately. See the following for information on how to delete files and clear space on your accounts.

Note: When clearing messages from your email account, look for messages that have large attached files. Messages like this can easily take up the same space as dozens or even hundreds of normal messages that don't have attachments. Also, check the sent-mail folders, which contain copies of all messages you have sent. Delete any you don't need.
