In the IUIE, why didn't my scheduled report run?

There are two main reasons a report scheduled in the IUIE might fail to run:

  • The schedule has been disabled. On the IUIE scheduling form, check to make sure that the schedule is enabled for the report object.
  • The IUIE database has been down. Check IUIE News to see if this is the case. At the bottom of the scheduling form, you have the option for a scheduled job not to run if the database is down for any reason. You can also choose the option to have the job run when the database becomes available again, if it happens to be down when a report is scheduled to run.
