For the IUIE, how do I get help?

Within the IUIE (Indiana University Information Environment), the Help link in the upper right corner of the screen will direct you to the answers to common questions. If you can't find the answer you need, use the Feedback icon to send email to the IUIE Help Desk. Alternatively, you can submit a request directly.

The Help Desk provides support for problems using IUIE applications and creating reports (including SQRs) to be published in the IUIE.

For questions about which reports to run or what parameters to use to retrieve specific data, refer to the help desk for your application area.
