Get help for the IUIE
Within the IUIE (Indiana University Information Environment), the link in the upper right corner of the screen will direct you to the answers to common questions. If you can't find the answer you need, use the icon to email the IUIE Help Desk. Alternatively, you can fill out the EDSD Support Form .
The Help Desk provides support for problems using IUIE applications and creating reports to be published in the IUIE.
If you have questions regarding specific IUIE report objects, contact the appropriate group below:
- Student and admissions data: You can contact Tier 2. For SIS training, see SIS Training Resources.
- Kuali Financial and Time data: Complete the Office of the University Controller Contact Us form. For training and additional information, see Timekeeping in Kuali Time.
- Kuali Purchasing data: See IU Purchasing.
- HRMS data: Contact HRMS Support. Also, see HR Systems at Indiana University.
For questions about which reports to run or what parameters to use to retrieve specific data, refer to the help desk for your application area.
