Receive email about your central server web page

Your Webserve account cannot receive email directly. However, you can use the associated departmental or group account (i.e., one with the same username as your central server account) to receive email. For example, your group account might have email on the Exchange system; any email will then be delivered there rather than to your account on Webserve.

To make sure that you receive email sent to the account, register a preferred email address for the account. You can also arrange to forward your mail from that account to another.

If you do not have an email account with the same name as your web account, you can request one by contacting the Accounts Administration team.
