Get additional IU computing accounts

Important:
No new Imail accounts are being created in preparation for its retirement. UITS will provide at least six months' notice before Imail is discontinued.

  1. Individual accounts:

    Go to Create Additional Accounts in One.IU, and click Start.

    Group accounts:

    1. In a fresh browser (i.e., in a browser in which you have not logged in using the Central Authentication Service), navigate to https://access.iu.edu/Accounts. Log into CAS using your group account credentials.

  2. Click Create Computing Account.
  3. You will see listed the accounts you are eligible to create. Select the appropriate account, and follow the prompts.

Note:
If you are eligible for an account but you are not presented with the option to create it, try the process again. If you still cannot create the account, contact your campus Support Center.
