At IU, if I already have some computing accounts, how do I get others?

Note:
UITS no longer allows the creation of Imail or Cyrus (Webmail) accounts, in anticipation of the retirement of those services. See About the Imail retirement and About the Cyrus (Webmail) retirement.

Important note about accessing the correct account:
Log into CAS using the credentials associated with the appropriate account, as other accounts will not be visible; thus, for a group account, log into CAS with your group account username and passphrase.

Go to Create Additional Accounts in One.IU, and click Start.

You will see listed the accounts you are eligible to create. Select the appropriate account, and follow the prompts.

Note:
If you are eligible for an account but you are not presented with the option to create it, re-run the AMS Starter Kit, and then try again. If you still cannot create the account, contact your campus Support Center.
