Get started with WileyPLUS in Canvas

On this page:

Overview

WileyPLUS is an external tool that an instructor can add to any Canvas course. Instructors can also pair Canvas courses with WileyPLUS textbooks, enabling them and their students to use WileyPLUS's interactive instructional materials. Grades earned in WileyPLUS quizzes and assignments can be synced with the Canvas Gradebook.

Note:
UITS recommends instructors teaching in Canvas at Indiana University use IU eTexts to adopt texts and digital learning tools (DLT) materials from Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Macmillan, Cengage, or Wiley Publishers. In addition to significant discounts off list prices, benefits of using IU eTexts include streamlined integration into Canvas, single sign-on for students (meaning no access codes), and local technical support for faculty and students via the Support Center and IU eTexts Service Catalog.

System requirements

For the system requirements for WileyPLUS, see WileyPLUS System Recommendations. The application uses pop-up windows, so you'll need to allow pop-ups for www.wileyplus.com or disable your pop-up blocker.

Note:
WileyPLUS does not fully support mobile devices; if you access the application from a mobile device, it may not work properly.
