ARCHIVED: Availability of UITS support and services over the Thanksgiving break at IUPUI

At IUPUI, UITS services will observe holiday hours over the Thanksgiving break as follows:

  • Support Center
    • Phone, chat, and email: Close Wednesday, November 27 at 11:59pm; reopen Friday, November 29 at 8am
    • Walk-in services, Informatics and Communications Technology Complex (ICTC), room IT 129:
      • Tuesday, November 26: 8am-9pm (normal hours)
      • Wednesday, November 27: 8am-5pm (reduced hours)
      • Thursday, November 28: CLOSED
      • Friday, November 29: CLOSED
      • Saturday, November 30: CLOSED
      • Sunday, December 1: noon-4pm (normal hours)
      • Monday, December 2: 8am-9pm (normal hours)

  • Technology Center Consulting (TCC):
    • Informatics & Communications Technology Complex (ICTC) IT 131:
      • Wednesday, November 27: closes at 5pm
      • Thursday, November 28: CLOSED
      • Friday, November 29: 9am-5pm
      • Saturday, November 30: 1pm-5pm
      • Sunday, December 1: opens at 1pm and resumes 24/7 staffing
      • During open hours, IT 131 will be accessible via Jagtag access only.
    • The STC in BS 3000 will close on Wednesday, November 27 at 5pm, and reopen on Monday, December 2 at 8am.
    • The STC in ET 004 will close on Tuesday, November 26 at 10:30pm, and reopen on Sunday, December 1 at 1pm.
    • All other STCs will close Wednesday, November 27 after the last class for the building in which they're located, and will reopen on Monday, December 2.

  • Research Analytics (formerly the Stat/Math Center):
    • Closes: Wednesday, November 27 at 5pm
    • Opens: Monday, December 2 at 9am
