DSS password requirements

To access DSS1PRD directly, you must first set or change your DSS1PRD password.

The requirements for a DSS password are different than the requirements for an IU passphrase.

To change your DSS password:

1. In the IUIE, in the upper right corner, click Personalize.
2. Scroll down to the "Administrative Information" section. To the right of "Change Oracle Password", click DSS1PRD.
   Note:

   If you have access to the test database, DSS1TST, you can set or change your DSS1TST password by clicking DSS1TST.
3. If prompted, log in with your IU username and passphrase.
4. Type your new DSS1PRD password, and then click Change.
