Revise or hide your information in the IU Directory
For student, faculty, staff, and departmental contact information for all IU campuses, search the IU Directory. The directory contains interactive features such as self-updates that are live within 24 hours, campus maps with building details, links to calling instructions and campus telephone services in the Knowledge Base, and more.
- Update your information: See Update information.
- Remove your information:
- Students: Contact your campus Office of the Registrar.
- Faculty/staff: To send a request, email Tier 2 Accounts Administration.
If you do choose to be listed in the directory, you cannot limit the information that is displayed.

Note:
The IU Directory does not list email addresses for group accounts. If you have an IU Exchange account, you can find group email addresses in the Global Address List (GAL).
