Features
Use Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to automate repetitive tasks, manage processes, and tie your Microsoft 365 products and general applications together.
Eligibility
If you are eligible to use Microsoft 365 at IU, you are eligible to use this application and its related suite of products.
Data classification
If your workflow involves Critical or Restricted data, make sure the relevant Data Stewards are aware of your process and have given their approval.
Software
This application is included in Microsoft 365, and you can access it from Microsoft 365 at IU .
For mobile clients, Power Automate applications are available via the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Microsoft Power Automate uses a series of templates to build connectors between applications and actions. The Microsoft Power Automate home page offers several templates you can use to get started, or you can search for applications and services to connect.

Troubleshooting, help, and feedback
If you have trouble with any application, sign out of Microsoft 365 and completely close your browser or mobile app, and then restart it. You can also switch to a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
