Overview

IU Print provides a university-wide print platform that enables student printing. In addition, internal organizations may join the managed print services program to help secure their devices and reduce cost.

Student printing

IU Print delivers printing for students across all campuses. The IU Print platform delivers printing, copying, and scanning functionality in a secure environment for all faculty, staff, and students. Students receive an allotment through the Student Technology Fee that can be used at various locations across all campuses.

There is more to printing than purchasing a device and sending a document. Our managed print services program can optimize and secure your devices, lowering maintenance overhead and allowing you to direct your focus elsewhere. Our vendor maintenance contracts make repairs a quick phone call away, and our analytics page shows you exactly how your devices are used.
