Overview
In FireForm, pages are a way to organize a tenant's Online (end-user) dashboard. Users with administrative access to a tenant can create pages in the Admin dashboard to categorize forms in the tenant's Online dashboard. For example, forms for employees can be linked to an "Employee" page, and forms for students can be linked to a "Student" page. The list of pages is displayed on the left side of the Online dashboard.
All tenants are provided with a tenant starter pack that includes a default "Home" page and a "General" page section.
To work with FireForm pages and page sections, log in to your tenant's Admin dashboard, and then follow the instructions in the sections below. The Admin dashboard URL will include a tenant code and will end with "admin"; for example (replace tenantcode
with your tenant code):

Change default text
You can change the default Home page label ("Home"), also referred to as the tag, and the default Home page description.
To change the default Home page label:
- On the Admin dashboard, from the top menu, select .
- Select .
- Select .
- Change the text in the "Home Label" field.
To change the default Home page description:
- On the Admin dashboard, from the top menu, select .
- Select .
- Under "Tag", select Note:

- In the "Page Template Details" view, select Markdown Cheat Sheet).
Additionally, you may set the following options:
- Show Box: Select to display an outline around the description or to display the description with no outline around it.
- Status: Select to display the description in the Online dashboard or to hide the description.

Create a page
To create a FireForm page:
- On the Admin dashboard, from the top menu, select , and then choose .
- Select .
- In the "Add Page" view, enter or select the following:
- Name: Enter the name of the new page.
- Page Text: Add text to display in the Online view (for text formatting options, see the Markdown Cheat Sheet).
- Status: Choose to display the page in the Online view or to hide the page.
- Display Order: Select the order in which the page will be displayed along the left side of the Online view. Use increments of 10, 20, 30, etc., for more flexibility in adding pages and to avoid renumbering.
Create a page section
Page sections can be added to a FireForm page to further organize the Online dashboard. You can use page sections to create up to three organizational columns on the Online dashboard. The tenant starter pack comes with a "General" page section.
You can create a page section before building a form or when you are building a form:
- To create a page section before building a form, on the Admin dashboard, from the top menu, select
To create a page section when you are building a form, next to the "Page Section (*required)" option, select
.

- In the "Add Page Section" view, enter or select the following:
- Name: Enter the name of the new page section.
- Page: Select the page to which the page section should be added, or select if a new FireForm page is needed.
- Sort Column: Choose the column in which to display the page section ( , , or ).
- Display Order: Select the order for displaying the page section on the page. Use increments of 10, 20, 30, etc., for more flexibility in adding page sections and to avoid renumbering.
Assign a page section to a form
When creating a new form, you must assign a page section. In
, under "Form Basics", use the "Page Section" drop-down to assign a page and page section. (If you need to create a new page section, select .)Although assigning a page section to a form is required, you can hide the form from the Online dashboard so that it will not display in that view. To do so, under "Form Options", select
