Make a deposit or check balances on your CrimsonCard

Overview
These instructions explain how to check your balances and make a one-time deposit to your CrimsonCard.
Deposit funds
Funds added using the instructions below can be used for printing (if no allotment is available), with participating on- and off-campus vendors, and more. For details, see Paying with CrimsonAccounts.
Note:
A parent does not need third-party access to make a deposit to a student's
CrimsonCard. Parents and Affiliates can follow the steps below to make a
deposit without IU Login and Two-Step Login (Duo).
- Go to CrimsonCard and, from the menu in the top right, select , and then select .
- On the "Making a deposit" page, select
- The cardholder's University ID or affiliate ID
- Either the cardholder's IU username or last name
, and then enter the requested information:
- Click .
- Enter the amount to deposit and your email address.
- Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click .
- Click .
- Select the desired amount.
- Select a payment option, and then follow the prompts to complete the deposit.
Another option is to use the "Make a deposit to your CrimsonCard" app on One.IU. This takes you directly to the website account page.
Check balances
- Go to CrimsonCard and select .
- If prompted, log in with your IU username and passphrase.
- From the top of the page (or from the menu), click . Balance information will appear on the page. For details, click the plan name.
Note:
Funds added using the Deposit funds instructions above will be added to your CrimsonCash balance. Other balances may appear if they're available to you (for example, IU Print allotments).
