In Echo360 Lecture Capture, if you try to view a class recording by clicking a link (e.g., from Canvas or email) and the link is malformed, you may see a message that states "You are currently not authorized to access that resource".

To access the Echo Center to view your class recordings:

  1. Copy and paste the link your instructor provided into your web browser, rather than clicking the link.
  2. At the prompt, authenticate using your IU Network ID username and passphrase.
  3. From the list of available recordings, select the course recording you wish to view.
