Mirror your iOS device with Solstice

Solstice is a wireless display option available in some classrooms and conference rooms at Indiana University. For more, see About Solstice at IU.

Note:
Before you can mirror your iOS device using Solstice, you'll need to install the Solstice Client app on your device.

To use AirPlay to share your iPhone or iPad's screen to a Solstice wireless display:

  1. Make sure your device is connected to eduroam or IU Secure.
  2. Open the Solstice Client app on your device.
  3. Select and connect to the desired Solstice display from the list of available displays; for instructions, see Connect your device to a Solstice display.
  4. Swipe up from the bottom of your iOS device screen to open the Control Center.
  5. Tap Screen Mirroring and select the desired Solstice display.
  6. When prompted, enter the screen key that appears on the Solstice display (that is, the same four-digit code you used to initially connect to the display).
